Thank you SO much to the amazing crew who cleaned Upper Browns Creek last Sunday!! This Sunday we will be back at Patience Park/Wiebe Farms picking up debris and trash freed up by work with an excavator this week. Wear boots (rubber is great, site is quite muddy), bring gloves and contractor trash bags if you have them. Site can be dusty so bring masks if you like. Jared Dubin and Cami Prada will be leading the workday. Meet at 1:00 on Sunday at Patience Park campground. If road access is too muddy park along Patience Park Road and we will shuttle folks in.

Thanks to many generous donations to MCHA, we have been able to provide free and very low-cost acupuncture since Helene struck. We will continue to do free clinics In partnership with various organizations in Yancy and Mitchell counties, as well as continue to provide free sessions to those who have lost loved ones and/or homes in the storm. Our MCHA community clinics have returned to an affordable sliding scale (no longer free); recommended $10-$50. Starting at the new year, the sliding scale will increase a bit to help us cover costs.
You can schedule (and sign up for our newsletter) through our website, www.mtncomhealingarts.com
