Two friends on the brink of moving into our crone years and want to learn about (and create a community of support for) the changes ahead. The first of two events is a discussion of various supports for the great change of Menopause with guest speakers Kelly Rothe, DO; Pamela Yap, LAc; and Moriah Childers, Clinical Herbalist. Bring your curiosity and questions. Please feel free to email any questions for the panel to ponder in advance so we know how to direct the discussion, especially if you desire your questions to be asked anonymously. Open to people who have experienced menopause or will do so in the future.
