Please limit listings to activities/stuff in Yancey and Mitchell. Political events and announcements are fine but not political rants. Real estate listings from property owner only. I am looking for a quiet piece of land where I can set up a residential tent with a wood stove for a year round somewhat primitive lifestyle experience. I can exchange $ or labor. I do not need amenities/utilities other than a drinking water source; as well as close to a Verizon signal, or wifi I can share the cost of. The location needs to be in Yancy County west of Micaville or eastern Madison County. I am a two year Yancy Cty resident with local references. Thank you!

I have a 240 square foot office/studio space for rent. It is a stand alone building on my Celo Community holding. Separate entrance, lots of privacy. Carpeted, great WIFI, heat, dehumidifier. No AC. But, in a shady spot. Bathroom access. Water spigot right outside. It could be an office, writer's space, or studio space for fiber arts, graphic design...etc. Anything that would not ruin the carpet. You could bring your dog or cat with you if they would not ruin the carpet. $220 a month - includes utilities. Looking to have it rented sometime after the first of June.
